Policies

Please arrive to you appointment at least 5 minutes early. This will give us ample time to get you settled with a beverage and ready for your upcoming services.

If you are running late please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our very best to accommodate you and in certain situations may need to reschedule.

Cancellations

In order to fully accommodate all of our clients we kindly ask for a notice to cancel or reschedule. We strictly adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to refill the vacant space. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service should you not provide adequate notice. We thank you for understanding.

Gratuities

All gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients. For your convenience you may add a gratuity for your service provider to your credit card transaction. We cannot add gratuity to gift card purchases.

Pricing

Our current price schedule is listed under our service tab. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

Payment

dfworkroom accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as cash. We cannot accept personal checks.

Returns

Unless your product is defective we cannot accept returns on used products.

Adjustments

We strive to make every one of our clients picture perfect and every once in a blue moon something goes awry. We will do everything in our power to adjust the situation and make it right for you. Please inform us within 7 days should you need something tweaked.
